  2. 47% of chemicals used to grow cotton that are considered "possible", "likely", "probable", or "known" human carcinogens (these are acephate, dichloropropene, diuron, fluometuron, pendimethalin, tribufos, and trifluralin) according to the US Environmental Protection Agency.

  3. "The most commonly used inks are plastisol, a form of polyvinyl chloride. The production and disposal of PVC release carcinogenic, hormone-disrupting dioxins into the environment... Silk screen with Water-based Ink." --Sierra Club Magazine, Jan./Feb. 1999

  1. Our organic shirts are made with 100% organically grown cotton fiber. We also carry sustainable and recycled materials as well. Respecting the earth's integrity means using as few intrusive chemicals as possible. With respect for our environment, community, and future generations, our eco line prints with only Water-based Ink. PVC-free water-based ink gives us a healthy workplace and gives our customers a soft-to-the-hand garment. Unlike conventional print shops, the only solvent we need is water. The soft feel of the printed area is because water is absorbed by the fibers of the garment as opposed to petroleum-based ink, which sits on top of the product. Join the Organic Ecolution.
